CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation and Deposit Policy** -Deposit Requirement. A 50% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is canceled more than 12 hours in advance. -Cancellation Notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will require a new deposit to reschedule. -No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellations. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel last minute will be required to pay the full service fee before booking a new appointment. Additionally, repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in the inability to make future bookings. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your service. Please note that our non-refundable deposit policy will still apply. **Guest Policy**: To maintain a focused and serene environment, we kindly ask that no children or additional guests accompany you during your appointment.
